Wings for Europe Supports Ukraine on Europe Day 2025 in Luxembourg
On Europe Day 2025, Wings for Europe proudly took part in the celebrations in Luxembourg, standing in solidarity with Ukraine and showcasing how European citizens can come together to make a real impact.
Our stand attracted hundreds of visitors throughout the day, offering a hands-on look at how we build drones to support Ukraine’s efforts. We demonstrated the full process — from sourcing parts to assembling components and understanding the tools involved. What resonated most was showing just how accessible this work is—how almost anyone can contribute, regardless of their background or experience.
The response was incredibly positive. Visitors were inspired not only by the technology, but by the story behind it: ordinary people using their skills and time to help in extraordinary ways. Many offered support—financially, through volunteering, or by spreading the word—on the day and in the days that followed. 
We were honoured to share this platform with distinguished guests, including H.R.H. Grand Duke Henri and Deputy Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, whose presence highlighted the importance of unity, collaboration, and European values. Alongside thousands of fellow Europeans, Wings for Europe reaffirmed its commitment to a shared future built on solidarity and action.
Together, we are proving that meaningful support doesn’t always come from institutions—it can come from communities, individuals, and grassroots innovation.
